Water System:
Design and construct a Potable Water System (PWS), to include a well, protected in an enclosed water well house, water well pump(s), steel or concrete ground storage tank (GST), booster pumps, expansion tank, hydro-pneumatic tanks, and an underground pipe distribution network system.
The storage tanks with minimum capacity of 150,000 liters which is 100 percent of the required daily demand based on 190 L/capita/day (50gal/capita/day).
Sanitary Sewer System and WWTP
Construction and design of Sanitary sewer collection system. Sewer collection system with gravity sewer pipe and appurtenances such as manholes, cleanouts and building service connections (lift stations and force mains lift station for the wastewater treatment plants.
The treatment system generally located at the low portion of the site, and consists of two (2) package wastewater treatment plants. These plants shall be installed so that their effluent is able to gravity flow to a designated point of disposal topographically below the plant.
